1. Custom Orders – No Returns or Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our custom-designed outfits, we do not offer returns or refunds once the design process has started or the item has been delivered.

Please ensure all measurements, design details, and preferences are clearly communicated and confirmed during the consultation process.


2. Ready-Made Items – Limited Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for ready-made items only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The item received is significantly different from what was described or shown.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.


3. Return Process

If your order meets the criteria above, follow these steps:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the product and issue

    • Description of the problem

  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility.

  3. If approved, return shipping details will be provided. You must return the product unused, unwashed, and with original packaging.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund or exchange process.


4. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.


5. Exchange Policy

We may offer an exchange for another item of equal or greater value in place of a refund, depending on availability. Exchanges are subject to design and fabric availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom-tailored garments

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling, washing, or improper use

  • Clearance/sale items

  • Accessories (unless defective)


7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
